Safety: Unplug the unit and remove the solution tank.

• Verify tank is filled and seated: Fill the tank with warm water and reinstall firmly.
• Inspect trigger mechanism: Check that the trigger moves freely and returns when released. If it feels loose or does nothing, the internal linkage may be broken and require replacement.
• Check handle hose: Follow the solution hose through the handle. Straighten any sharp bends or kinks.
• Clean spray jets: Remove the spray bar or individual nozzles and soak in warm vinegar to dissolve limescale. Rinse thoroughly before reinstalling.
• Prime the pump: Run the unit and hold the trigger for up to 60 seconds to purge air from the system.
