How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug before attempting to free the brew unit.
- Do not force: Do not pull the brew unit with excessive force; this can break plastic parts.
- Manual reset: Some AEG models allow manual rotation of the brew drive via a service access hole. Use a suitable tool to gently rotate the drive to the home position.
