Coffee is too strong or bitter, with very slow flow and small volume.

Safety: Unplug before disassembly.

• Adjust grind: Set the grinder one or two steps coarser while it is running.
• Reduce strength: Lower the coffee strength or aroma setting in the menu.
• Clean outlets: Remove and clean the coffee spout, distribution block, and brew unit outlet with hot water and a brush.
• Descale: Run a descaling cycle to clear restrictions in the coffee circuit.
