How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the machine and place it on an absorbent towel.
- Empty trays: Remove and empty the external drip tray and internal waste water tray (if accessible). Dry thoroughly.
- Dry base: If water is visible in the base, carefully tilt the machine to drain excess water and dry the interior with paper towels.
- Inspect hoses and joints: Open the side or rear panel and check all silicone hoses, clamps, and O-rings for signs of leakage. Replace any cracked or loose components.
- Check drip tray sensor: Locate the float or conductivity sensor in the drip tray area. Clean it and ensure it moves freely. Replace if it remains triggered when dry.
