Possible Causes
Burnt grinder motor, Faulty grinder triac or relay on PCB, Loose grinder connector, Jammed grinder causing overload
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the machine before testing.
- Check for jams: Empty the hopper and inspect for blockages. Try to rotate the grinder shaft gently (if accessible).
- Inspect wiring: Open the housing and verify the grinder motor connector is secure on the PCB and motor.
- Test motor: Measure resistance across the grinder motor terminals. An open circuit indicates a failed motor that must be replaced.
- PCB check: If the motor tests good, the control triac/relay on the PCB may be defective and the board may require replacement.
