• Adjust grind: Set the grinder to a finer setting (small changes at a time) and test again.
• Increase dose: Use the double-shot basket or increase the programmed coffee strength if available.
• Use fresh beans: Old or stale beans produce weak coffee. Use beans roasted within the last few weeks.
• Descale: A scaled pump or hydraulic circuit can reduce pressure; run a descaling cycle.
• If still weak: Grinder burrs may be worn or pump pressure low. These parts may need replacement by a technician.
