• Remove and clean milk carafe: Detach the milk container or cappuccinatore. Disassemble according to the manual and wash all parts in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
• Clean contacts: If your Ariete model uses electrical contacts between the carafe and machine, wipe them gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive materials.
• Check milk tube: Inspect the silicone milk tube for blockages or dried milk. Soak in hot water and flush until clear.
• Reattach correctly: Reinstall the carafe, ensuring it is fully seated and locked into position.
• If E12 remains: The carafe detection sensor or internal board may be faulty. Professional diagnosis is recommended.
