Safety first: Unplug the machine before moving it or removing the tank.

Repeat descaling: Refill the tank with fresh descaling solution and carefully follow the Ariete descaling procedure from start to finish without interruption.
Ensure correct mode: Confirm you are starting the official descaling program (not just a hot water cycle). Refer to the user manual for the correct button sequence.
Check water flow: During descaling, verify that water is actually flowing from the spout. If not, stop and address any blockages (descale again, clean spouts).
Reset machine: After a successful descaling, unplug for 5 minutes, then reconnect. Some models require holding a specific button combination to clear the descaling warning; consult the manual.
If E14 remains: The flow meter or control board may not be registering the cycle. Professional service is required.
