Safety first: Unplug the machine before accessing the grinder or chute.

Empty hopper: Remove beans from the hopper to prevent more coffee entering the grinder.
Access chute: Open the service door or chute cover (if provided) and use the supplied brush or a small wooden stick to loosen compacted grounds.
Vacuum carefully: Use a small vacuum nozzle to remove loose grounds from the chute. Do not insert metal tools.
Test with small dose: Refill with a small amount of beans and run a shot to confirm grounds now reach the brew group.
If blockage recurs: The internal chute design or flap may be damaged and require professional cleaning or replacement.

Grinder runs but no ground coffee reaches the brew group; brewing proceeds with little or no coffee.
