Possible Causes
Clogged milk nozzle, Dried milk in suction tube, Blocked air intake hole, Incorrect assembly of cappuccinatore parts
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off and unplug the machine. Allow the steam circuit to cool.
- Disassemble frother: Remove the milk frother or cappuccinatore and take apart all removable pieces according to the manual.
- Soak components: Soak the nozzle, air intake, and milk tube in warm water with a little dish soap for 15–20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
- Clear air hole: Use a fine needle to gently clear the small air intake hole that creates foam.
- Reassemble correctly: Ensure all parts are firmly reconnected in the correct order.
- Test with cold milk: Use fresh, cold milk from the refrigerator and test frothing. If still no suction, internal steam circuit issues may require service.
