Insufficient preheating, Scale in steam thermoblock, Low steam temperature, Blocked steam outlet partially
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Use a cloth to protect your hand when opening the steam valve.
- Preheat steam: Activate the steam function and wait until the steam-ready indicator is on. Then open the steam valve into an empty jug for 5–10 seconds to purge water.
- Descale: Run a descaling cycle with emphasis on the steam function to improve steam quality.
- Clean wand tip: Remove and clean the steam tip to ensure proper steam flow.
- If steam remains very wet: The steam thermostat or thermoblock may not be reaching proper temperature and should be checked by a technician.
