Ascaso machine's water tank level sensor indicates empty even when the tank is full.

User-level fixes:

• Clean tank: Remove the water tank, wash with mild detergent, and ensure the float moves freely.
• Descale probes: If your model uses metal probes, clean them with descaler and a soft cloth.

Technical checks (unplug first):

• Test reed switch: Move a magnet near the sensor location and check if the machine detects water. Replace the reed switch if it does not respond.
• Inspect wiring: Check continuity from the sensor to the control board and repair any breaks.
