How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the machine immediately and do not use it until the leak is fixed. Water near live parts is dangerous.
- Identify leak source (advanced): Remove the outer cover and run a brief brew cycle while observing (keep clear of live parts). Look for drips from hoses, joints, or the boiler.
- Tighten clamps: If a hose is leaking at a clamp, reposition and tighten the clamp or replace it with a new one.
- Replace cracked hoses: Cut out damaged sections and replace with high-temperature food-grade silicone hose of the same diameter.
- Check boiler gaskets: If water seeps from the boiler seam, replace the boiler gasket or the entire boiler assembly.
After repair, dry the interior thoroughly before reassembly and test for further leaks.
