Safety first: Ensure your hands are dry. Unplug the machine before inspecting the cord or opening any covers. Only qualified persons should work on internal fuses.

• Check outlet: Test the wall outlet with another appliance to confirm it has power.
• Inspect power cord: Look for cuts, burns, or kinks. If damaged, the cord must be replaced; do not tape or splice it.
• Try a different outlet: Avoid extension cords or power strips; plug directly into a grounded wall outlet.
• Check main switch: Some Bosch models have a physical rocker switch in addition to the touch power button. Ensure it is in the ON position.
• If still dead: An internal fuse or power supply board may have failed. These are inside the chassis and connected to mains voltage; contact Bosch service for diagnosis and replacement.
