How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the machine before accessing the bean hopper. Never put fingers or tools into the grinder while powered.

Empty hopper: Remove all beans and vacuum out loose grounds.
Check for foreign objects: Look for stones, metal fragments, or other debris in the hopper and visible grinder inlet.
Test with small amount of beans: Refill with a small quantity of good-quality beans and test. If noise persists, stop using the grinder to avoid further damage.
Do not continue operation: Running a damaged grinder can spread metal fragments into the brew path.
Contact service: Internal grinder repair or replacement is required; this is a workshop-level repair.

Grinder is very loud, squeals, or makes grinding noises without beans.
