Machine has a sour or rancid smell and coffee tastes off.

Safety first: Unplug the machine before deep cleaning.

• Clean brew unit: Remove and rinse thoroughly. Let it dry before reinstalling.
• Run cleaning program: Use Bosch cleaning tablets to clean the coffee circuit.
• Clean spouts and front area: Remove spout covers and wash with warm soapy water. Wipe the front panel and around the spouts.
• Empty and wash drip tray and grounds container: Clean daily to prevent mold and odors.
• Clean milk system: Run the milk cleaning program and disassemble and wash all milk-contact parts.
