Machine vibrates excessively or is very noisy during grinding or brewing.

Safety first: Unplug the machine before moving or tilting it.

• Level the machine: Adjust the feet (if adjustable) so the unit sits flat and stable on the surface.
• Use vibration-damping mat: Place a thin rubber or silicone mat under the machine to reduce noise.
• Check for loose parts: Ensure the water tank, drip tray, and bean container are properly seated and not rattling.
• If vibration is extreme: Internal mounts for the pump or grinder may be loose or worn. This requires opening the chassis; contact Bosch service.
