Coffee maker leaks water from under the machine during or after brewing.

Safety: Unplug the coffee maker immediately if you see water near the power cord or base. Do not use until the leak is resolved.

• Check reservoir: Remove and fill the Braun water tank over a sink to see if it leaks on its own. Replace if cracked.
• Inspect seating: Ensure the reservoir is fully seated and its outlet valve engages properly with the base.
• Avoid overfilling: Fill only to the MAX line to prevent overflow into internal cavities.
• Test on dry surface: Place the unit on a dry paper towel and run a water‑only cycle to locate the leak source.

If water clearly comes from inside the base, an internal hose or seal has failed. This requires opening the unit and should be handled by a technician.
