Water leaks from the top of the filter basket or around the brew head during brewing.

Safety: Do not open the filter basket while brewing; wait until the cycle is complete.

• Reduce coffee amount: Use the recommended number of scoops for your Braun model and carafe size.
• Use coarser grind: If grinding beans, choose a medium grind suitable for drip coffee; espresso‑fine grinds can cause overflow.
• Clean brew head: Wipe the underside of the brew head and clear any clogged spray holes with a soft brush or toothpick.
• Inspect gasket: Check the rubber gasket around the brew head for cracks or flattening; replace if damaged.
