How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Allow the unit to cool before handling.
- Clean inlet: Remove and rinse the reservoir, paying attention to the outlet valve and any mesh screens.
- Descale: Run a descaling cycle to clear restrictions in the pump and heater.
- Bleed air: Fill the tank fully and run a water‑only cycle while gently rocking the unit to move trapped air.
If the machine consistently leaves water in the tank, the pump may be failing and should be replaced.
