Possible Causes
Loose pump mounting bracket, Loose internal screws, Vibrating water tank, Pump operating against blockage
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug before opening the case. Avoid contact with live wiring.
Steps:
- Ensure the water tank is fully seated and not vibrating against the housing.
- Place the machine on a solid, level surface with a non-slip mat to reduce resonance.
- If noise persists, remove the cover and inspect the ULKA pump mounting. Tighten any loose screws and ensure rubber mounts are intact.
- Check for hoses or wires touching the case that may vibrate; reposition and secure with cable ties.
Resolution: If the pump is excessively loud and flow is reduced, replace the pump. Persistent rattling may require replacing worn vibration dampers.
