How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug before removing the tank if you will be inspecting internal parts.
Steps:
- Fill the tank to the MAX line and ensure it is fully seated.
- Check and clean the inlet filter screen at the bottom of the tank.
- Remove and reseat the tank several times to purge air from the inlet.
- If the message persists, inspect the tank presence switch or magnet sensor inside the machine for proper operation.
Resolution: Replace the tank if the outlet valve or seal is damaged. Replace the tank presence switch or sensor if it fails continuity tests.
