How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug before removing the tank or opening the case.
User steps:
- Fill and reseat the water tank.
- Clean the inlet filter at the tank outlet.
- Prime the pump by running a hot water cycle (if available) or starting a brew with no coffee to draw water through.
Advanced:
- Access the pump and check for kinks in the inlet hose.
- Disconnect the outlet hose and briefly power the pump (with caution) to see if it moves water.
Resolution: Replace the ULKA pump if it does not move water even when primed and supplied. Check and replace the flow meter if it misreports flow.
