Bunn
Tank Overfill or Valve Not Sealing
Water drips continuously from the Bunn sprayhead even when not brewing.

Possible Causes
Overfilled internal tank, Debris in outlet check valve, Worn or damaged silicone valve seat, Stuck brew solenoid valve (if equipped)
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the brewer and allow it to cool before working near the sprayhead.
Steps:
- 1. Verify normal fill level: On pour-over models, ensure you are not adding more water than the carafe capacity. Overfilling can cause continuous dripping.
- 2. Clean sprayhead and outlet: Remove the sprayhead and inspect the outlet fitting. Clean any coffee oils or debris.
- 3. Inspect check valve/valve seat: Many Bunn home models use a silicone valve or check valve above the tank outlet. Remove and inspect for deformation, scale, or debris. Clean or replace the valve seat as needed.
- 4. Brew solenoid (if present): On models with a brew valve, the solenoid may not be closing fully. Remove and clean the valve; replace if the plunger or seat is worn.
Note: A small amount of condensation drip after brewing can be normal, but steady dripping indicates a sealing issue.
