Capresso coffee maker makes loud banging, rattling, or vibrating noises during brewing.

Safety first: Unplug before moving or opening the machine.

Steps:

• Level the machine: Place the coffee maker on a flat, stable surface. Adjust its position so all feet contact the counter.
• Check for loose parts: Ensure the water reservoir, filter basket, and carafe are properly seated and not rattling.
• Bleed air from pump: Fill the reservoir to max and run 2–3 brew cycles with just water to purge air from the pump.
• Internal inspection (advanced): With the unit unplugged and bottom cover removed, check that the pump is firmly mounted and that rubber grommets are intact. Tighten any loose screws on the chassis.
• Replace worn mounts: If the pump mounts are deteriorated, replace them to reduce vibration.
