• Clean control panel: Wipe the brew button and surrounding area with a slightly damp cloth to remove coffee residue that may interfere with a membrane keypad.
• Try a reset: Unplug for 5–10 minutes, then plug back in and attempt to start a manual brew (not a programmed one).
• Test other functions: If the clock sets but the brew button does nothing, the switch behind that button may be defective. The front keypad or control board may need replacement.
