Display shows ADD WTR or a blinking water droplet icon and brewing will not start.

Safety first: Unplug the coffee maker before removing the reservoir.

Steps:

• Remove the reservoir, fill it above the MIN line, and reinstall it firmly.
• Check for cracks or leaks in the reservoir that might prevent it from holding enough water.
• Gently shake the reservoir to ensure the internal float moves freely. If stuck, soak in warm soapy water, rinse, and try again.
• Wipe the base area where the reservoir sits to remove any debris that might prevent proper seating.

If the ADD WTR message remains even with a full, properly seated reservoir, the water level sensor or reservoir assembly may need replacement.
