Possible Causes
Clogged top or bottom needle with coffee grounds, Bent or dull piercing needle, Misaligned pod holder, Pod lid not fully closed
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit and allow it to cool. Be careful of sharp needles.
Steps:
- Remove the pod holder and rinse it thoroughly. Use a paper clip to gently clear any blockage in the top and bottom needles.
- Inspect the needles for bending or damage. Do not use excessive force when cleaning.
- Ensure the pod is seated flat in the holder and the lid is fully closed until it clicks.
If pods still are not punctured correctly, the pod holder/needle assembly may need replacement.
