Possible Causes

Reservoir outlet valve stuck closed, Airlock in inlet tubing, Clogged inlet filter screen, Failed vibration pump

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug before removing the reservoir.

Steps:

  • Remove the reservoir and press the outlet valve (if present) with a clean tool over a sink to ensure water flows freely.
  • Clean any inlet filter screen at the base of the reservoir.
  • Refill and reseat the reservoir firmly, then run a brew cycle with plain water.
  • If the pump hums but no water moves, try tilting the unit slightly backward during the first few seconds to help prime the pump.

If water still does not flow, the pump or internal tubing may be blocked or failed and require replacement.
