How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug and cool the unit before cleaning.
- Clean needles and holder: Remove and clean the K-cup holder and needles thoroughly.
- Descale single-serve circuit: Fill the reservoir with a 1:1 vinegar-water solution and run multiple small (6–8 oz) brew cycles without a pod until the reservoir is empty. Let sit for 20 minutes, then flush with fresh water.
- Prime the pump: After descaling, run several water-only cycles to remove air and ensure consistent flow.
- Persistent short brews: If the unit still stops early, the pump or flow sensor may be failing and require professional replacement.
