Possible Causes

Machine turned off mid-cycle, Coffee residue blocking movement, Misaligned gears, User forced brew group in wrong position

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Do not force the brew group; you may break internal parts.

  • Restart cycle: With the brew group still inside, close the door, plug in, and turn the machine ON. Allow it to complete its startup cycle, which may reposition the brew group.
  • Power off correctly: Turn the machine OFF using the main button and wait until all internal noises stop before unplugging.
  • Try removal again: Open the service door and gently operate the locking lever while pulling the brew group straight out.
  • If still stuck: Internal gears may be misaligned. Professional disassembly is required.
