Safety first: Turn OFF and unplug before removing the brew group.

• Adjust grind finer: While grinding, move one step finer.
• Increase strength: Raise the coffee strength setting.
• Clean and lubricate brew group: Ensure smooth movement so it can compress the puck properly.
• If pucks remain sloppy: Pump or brew group seals may be worn and require service.
