Machine shows A11 and milk-based drinks cannot be prepared

Safety first: Turn OFF and unplug the machine before cleaning electrical contacts.

• Remove milk carafe: Detach the milk container or LatteCrema carafe from the front of the machine.
• Clean contacts: Wipe the metal contacts on both the carafe and the machine with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Dry thoroughly to avoid short circuits.
• Check insertion: Reinsert the carafe firmly until it clicks. Ensure it is not tilted or partially engaged.
• Inspect seals and connectors: Check for broken plastic lugs or damaged O-rings that might prevent proper seating.
• If A11 persists: The carafe detection switch or contact board may be faulty and requires professional replacement.
