Possible Causes

Water tank not seated correctly, Dirty or stuck float magnet in tank, Faulty reed switch or level sensor, Broken tank magnet

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF and unplug the machine before inspecting the tank area.

  • Remove and refill tank: Take out the water tank, rinse it, and refill with fresh water. Ensure the float inside the tank moves freely up and down.
  • Clean float and magnet: If your tank has a visible float, clean any scale or debris that may cause it to stick. Gently move it to confirm free motion.
  • Reseat tank: Insert the tank firmly until it is fully engaged with the intake valve. Some models require a downward push to seat correctly.
  • Check for cracks: Inspect the tank for cracks or damage around the magnet area.
  • If A14 persists: The internal reed switch or electronic level sensor may be faulty and must be replaced by a service center.
