Possible Causes
Open heating element in thermoblock, Faulty temperature sensor (NTC), Burned thermal fuse, Defective power board relay
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF, unplug the machine, and allow it to cool completely. Do not open the machine unless you are qualified to work with mains voltage.
- Power reset: After cooling, plug the machine back in and turn it ON. If the error reappears immediately and the machine does not heat, internal components are likely faulty.
- User checks: There are no safe user-serviceable parts in the high-voltage heating circuit.
- Service required: Contact an authorized De'Longhi service center. They will test the thermoblock, NTC sensor, thermal fuses, and power board and replace the defective component.
