Possible Causes

Water tank not fully inserted, Stuck or scaled float, Faulty water level sensor, Misaligned tank magnet

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF and unplug the machine before handling the tank area.

  • Remove and inspect tank: Take out the water tank, check the float for free movement, and clean any scale or debris.
  • Rinse and refill: Rinse the tank thoroughly and refill with fresh water to the MAX line.
  • Reseat firmly: Insert the tank straight in, pressing firmly so it engages the intake valve and sensor area.
  • Test: Turn the machine ON and check if the message clears. Gently tap the side of the tank to free a sticking float.
  • If issue persists: The internal level sensor or reed switch may be faulty and should be replaced by a technician.
