How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF and unplug the machine immediately. If you see or suspect a leak, do not continue using the machine.
- Check for leaks: Remove the drip tray and inspect the interior for standing water or coffee. If water is present, dry the area and look for obvious hose disconnections (do not pull on hoses).
- Remove and clean brew group: Take out the infuser, clean and lubricate it, then reinstall.
- Power reset: Leave the machine unplugged for 20 minutes, then plug in and restart.
- If 'General Alarm' returns: Internal diagnostics are required. Do not attempt further use; contact an authorized De'Longhi service center.
