Machine vibrates excessively or moves on the counter during brewing

Safety first: Ensure the machine is on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

• Level the machine: Place the machine on a flat surface and ensure all feet contact the counter.
• Check rubber feet: Inspect the underside for missing or worn feet. Replace if necessary.
• Use anti-vibration mat: Place a thin rubber mat under the machine to dampen vibration.
• If vibration is new and severe: An internal bracket or pump mount may be loose and should be inspected by a technician.
