Possible Causes
Air trapped in pump after running dry, Blocked inlet filter or kinked hose, Severely scaled boiler or thermoblock, Partially blocked flow meter
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Keep the machine unplugged when disconnecting hoses. Avoid running the pump dry for long periods.
Steps:
- Refill and reseat tank: Ensure the water tank is full and properly installed.
- Prime the system: Open the steam/hot water valve and run a hot water cycle for 30–60 seconds to purge air.
- Descale: Run a full descaling cycle to clear internal scale from the boiler and flow meter.
- Check hoses: If accessible, inspect inlet and outlet hoses for kinks or crushing and correct as needed.
Note: Persistent low flow after descaling may indicate a failing pump or blocked internal components that require professional service.
