Electric brewer or kettle makes loud popping, banging, or crackling noises during heating.

• Descale thoroughly:
  • Fill with 1:1 vinegar and water to max line.
  • Heat to near boiling, then power off and let sit 30 minutes.
  • Discard and rinse 2–3 times.
• Repeat if needed: Severe scale may require multiple descale cycles.
• Prevent future buildup: Use filtered or soft water when possible.
