How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug before removing the reservoir.

  • Check water level: Fill the reservoir to at least the minimum mark.
  • Reseat reservoir: Remove and firmly reinstall the reservoir to ensure proper engagement with the base and sensor.
  • Clean level sensor: If your Fellow brewer uses metal level probes, clean them with a soft cloth and a bit of white vinegar to remove mineral deposits, then rinse.
  • If E6 persists: The float, reed switch, or electronic level sensor may be faulty and require replacement.
