How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit.
- Prime the system: Fill the reservoir completely and start a brew cycle. If possible, run a cleaning or hot water cycle to push air out of the lines.
- Listen for pump noise: If you hear humming but no water moves, the pump may be airlocked or blocked. Stop the cycle, wait 1–2 minutes, then retry.
- Descale: Mineral buildup can block the pump. Run a descale cycle following Fellow’s instructions.
- If E7 remains and pump is silent: The pump or its driver circuit is likely failed. Replacement of the pump assembly or control board is required.
