Low water level in reservoir, Loose or cracked suction tubing, Partially blocked inlet causing air ingestion, Failing vibration pump
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug before inspecting internal tubing.
- 1. Check water level:
- Ensure the reservoir is filled above the minimum line.
- Reseat the reservoir firmly to prevent air leaks at the connection.
- 2. Bleed air from system:
- Run a water-only brew cycle and pause halfway, then restart to help purge air.
- 3. Inspect tubing:
- Remove the top cover and examine the silicone suction line from the reservoir to the pump.
- Look for cracks, loose clamps, or hardened tubing that could allow air in. Replace any suspect tubing.
- 4. Check pump mounts:
- Ensure the pump is securely mounted with its rubber isolators intact to reduce rattling.
- If the pump is excessively noisy or vibrates strongly, replace the pump.
