Water leaks from around the top of the brew basket or filter area.

Safety: Unplug and allow the unit to cool before cleaning.

• 1. Clean brew basket:
  • Remove the basket and thoroughly wash the outlet and sidewalls.
  • Ensure the drip-stop valve (if present) moves freely and is not jammed with grounds.
• 2. Adjust coffee usage:
  • Use a medium grind suitable for drip coffee.
  • Do not exceed the recommended amount of coffee grounds for the selected brew size.
• 3. Inspect brew head gasket:
  • Look at the rubber gasket where hot water exits into the brew basket.
  • If cracked, flattened, or missing, replace the brew head gasket.
• 4. Check basket alignment:
  • Ensure the basket is fully seated and the lid closes without resistance.
