Possible Causes

Interrupted power during cycle, Misaligned drive gears, Coffee residue binding the group, User forcing group in wrong position

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Do not force the brew group out; you may break internal parts.

Reset procedure:

  • Turn the machine off with the power button (if possible), then back on and let it complete its cycle.
  • If still stuck, turn off, unplug, wait 30 seconds, plug back in, and turn on again.
  • Once the machine completes its self-test, open the service door and try removing the brew group by pressing the "PUSH" button and gently pulling.

If the group remains stuck, the internal drive may be jammed or gears damaged. Do not pry it out; have a technician disassemble the machine to release and repair the mechanism.
