Machine shows E08 and stops during milk drink preparation

Safety first: Unplug the machine and ensure all milk components are cool before disassembly.

Cleaning procedure:

• Disassemble milk system: Remove the milk carafe or external cappuccinatore, milk suction tube, and any removable frother parts.
• Soak parts: Soak all milk-contact parts in warm water with a milk system cleaner or mild dish soap for at least 15–20 minutes.
• Brush and rinse: Use the supplied brush or a small soft brush to clean all small holes and air inlets. Rinse thoroughly.
• Run milk cleaning cycle: Reassemble and run the automatic milk cleaning cycle (if available) with fresh water.

Internal checks (advanced):

• Access the internal milk solenoid valve and check for blockages in the connected hoses.
• Ensure the valve coil is properly connected and not burned.

If E08 persists after thorough cleaning, the milk solenoid or internal milk circuit components may need replacement by a technician.
