Machine frequently reports "empty dreg drawer" or "empty drip tray" even when just emptied

User steps:

• Clean components: Remove the dreg drawer and drip tray, clean them thoroughly, and dry them.
• Reinsert firmly: Slide them back in until they click and are flush with the front panel.
• Power reset: Turn the machine off and unplug for 5 minutes to reset counters.

Sensor check (advanced):

• Access the sensor area and ensure the microswitch or optical sensor is not obstructed by coffee grounds.

If the problem persists, the sensor or main board input may be faulty and should be serviced.
