How to Fix / Troubleshooting
User steps:
- Clean components: Remove the dreg drawer and drip tray, clean them thoroughly, and dry them.
- Reinsert firmly: Slide them back in until they click and are flush with the front panel.
- Power reset: Turn the machine off and unplug for 5 minutes to reset counters.
Sensor check (advanced):
- Access the sensor area and ensure the microswitch or optical sensor is not obstructed by coffee grounds.
