Machine vibrates excessively or moves on the counter during brewing

Simple checks:

• Surface: Place the machine on a stable, level surface. Avoid hollow or resonant countertops.
• Feet: Check that all rubber feet are present and not worn flat. Replace missing feet.

Internal (advanced):

• Open the machine and inspect the pump mounting. Ensure rubber dampers are intact and the pump is firmly secured.

After securing mounts and replacing feet, vibration should reduce. If it remains excessive, the pump may be out of balance and could be replaced.
