Possible Causes

Clogged brew group filter, Blocked coffee spouts, Severe limescale in coffee circuit, Blocked 3-way valve outlet

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off and unplug the machine before removing the brew group or spouts.

Clearing blockages:

  • Brew group: Remove and thoroughly clean the brew group, focusing on the metal filter and outlet. Use a brush and warm water.
  • Coffee spouts: Remove the spout assembly and soak in warm soapy water. Clear the holes with a toothpick.
  • Descale: Run a full descaling cycle to clear internal scale.

If the pump runs but no water exits even after cleaning and descaling, the internal coffee path or 3-way valve may be blocked and require disassembly and cleaning by a technician.
