How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off and unplug the machine before cleaning the chute.
Clearing the chute:
- Open the pre-ground coffee lid and use the supplied scoop handle or a narrow brush to loosen compacted coffee.
- Vacuum out loose grounds from the chute area.
- Wipe the chute dry to remove any moisture.
